This Privacy Notice describes the types of information collected through the Grammar Pop mobile app (the “Grammar Pop App” or “App”), how that information is used, and with whom it is shared. Information Collected
When you order the Grammar Pop App, or purchase added features from within the App, Apple facilitates your transaction by directly collecting your Apple ID username and password and, where applicable, payment account information. Apple does not share this information with QDT. Apple provides QDT with certain aggregated data, such as the number of times the App has been downloaded in each country on a particular date and the prices charged for in-app purchases.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may use the aggregated information Apple provides to us to perform internal analyses, such as market research, that will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers. In addition, we may use information to enhance
your experience while using our Grammar Pop App or to improve the content of the App or to improve the quality or variety of the products and services we offer.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We may share information we collect in connection with the App with companies that are related to Macmillan through common ownership.
We may also share the information we collect with service providers we have retained
to perform services on our behalf. For example, we may retain outside companies to manage the App and/or databases of information.
In addition, we may disclose information we collect (i) if we are required to do so by law, (ii) in response to legal process, (iii) to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or (iv) when we believe disclosure
is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity.
We reserve the right to transfer any information we collect in the event
we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets (including in the event of a reorganization, dissolution or liquidation). Should such a sale or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to try to direct the
transferee to use the personal information you have provided through the App in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Notice.

The Grammar Pop App may provide links to certain websites for your convenience and information, including the QDT website and websites of other companies related to QDT through common ownership. These sites may operate independently
from us, and may not be under our control. These sites may have their own privacy notices in place, which we strongly suggest you review if you visit any linked website. We may not be responsible for the content of these sites,
any products or services that may be offered through these sites, or the privacy practices of these sites.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If our policy concerning collection of personal information from children under 13 changes, we will revise this portion of the Grammar Pop Mobile
App Privacy Notice and will comply with the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
SECURITY
In connection with your download of the App and purchases you make from within the App, Apple will directly collect your Apple ID username and password, and it may also collect your payment account information. Apple is solely
responsible for this information, which Apple does not provide to QDT.
Please remember that no data transmission over the Internet, or by other means, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. QDT cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Apple or otherwise in connection
with your use of the App. Therefore, you understand, acknowledge and agree that you transmit information to Apple and through the App at your own risk.

By installing or using this App, you signify your agreement to this Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice may change from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective when those changes are posted on this
link. Your continued use of the App subsequent to any changes to this Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Please review this statement periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes or updates to this
